بس اب ترک تعلق کے بہت پہلو نکلتے ہیں

بس اب ترک تعلق کے بہت پہلو نکلتے ہیں
سو اب یہ طے ہوا ہے شہر سے سادھو نکلتے ہیں

ہم آ نکلے عجب سے ایک صحرائے محبت میں
شکاری کے تعاقب میں یہاں آہو نکلتے ہیں

یہ اک منظر بہت ہے عمر بھر حیران رہنے کو
کہ مٹی کے مساموں سے بھی رنگ و بو نکلتے ہیں

ضمیر سنگ تجھ کو تیرا پیکر ساز آ پہنچا
ابھی آنکھیں ابھرتی ہیں ابھی آنسو نکلتے ہیں

کوئی نادر خزینہ ہے مرے دست تصرف میں
جھپٹنے کو در و دیوار سے بازو نکلتے ہیں

میں اپنے دشمنوں کا کس قدر ممنون ہوں انورؔ
کہ ان کے شر سے کیا کیا خیر کے پہلو نکلتے ہیں
